Jerry Hill has been winner of the CrossFit Games and was crowned the “Fittest on Earth.” However, his joints, muscles, and body were broken. He woke up every morning with aches and pains, and it hurt to walk the stairs, play with his dog, run with his kids, and enjoy the things he loved.
Jerry dove into how to recode his movement so he could ditch the pain, enjoy his body, walk, exercise, and play again. He then brought Recode to hundreds of members of his gym in Alexandria, Virginia who were in mid-life and struggling with their aging body. They too recoded their posture and movement to be pain free!
In July of 2023, Jerry closed his gym and moved his Recode program to retreats, summits, backyards and online where he helps hundreds to experience durable, pain-free movement. Jerry is a 58-year-old athlete, former Marine, and CrossFit champ who continues to play outside daily.
