    Experience shared accommodations like never before in four thoughtfully designed geo domes, perched on a serene hillside with panoramic views of the Western Colorado mountains. Each dome offers a harmonious blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, creating a unique communal living experience that fosters connection and relaxation. The interiors are cozy yet spacious, featuring comfortable beds with plush linens, ambient lighting, and natural textures that echo the surrounding environment.

    Shared amenities include a central gathering space within each dome for quiet reflection or meaningful conversations. Oversized windows and skylights invite in natural light and offer breathtaking views of starry night skies.     My passion is helping others discover and pursue the most optimal version of themselves. As a health and wellness coach and Wim Hof Method instructor, I guide my clients on their journey to their optimal selves through meticulous attention to detail, utilizing my extensive training and expertise, and a constant desire to learn more about our human potential and the depths of our consciousness.

    I am a lifelong athlete, a former Division 1 collegiate football player, and a martial artist. My background, combined with a lifetime of studying what it means to live optimally through physical, mental, and spiritual practices, has given me immense experience that I bring into all my workshops and retreats. My extensive study and practice of the Wim Hof Method over the past several years have revealed many new capabilities of human potential and consciousness, and it is an honor to share this knowledge with you.

  • Retreat Leader: Bob Soulliere

    Self-directed explorer of human performance and potential, I am an Oxygen Advantage Master Instructor and a Level 2 Wim Hof Method Instructor trained directly under Wim Hof, HRV clinician and practice leader Dr Jay Wiles, and global breathing expert Patrick McKeown. He is also USA/Canada lead for the Wim Hof Method Instructor community.

    I put people back in touch with their innate powers, their native capacity to modulate their autonomic nervous system, to become resilient, happier, healthier, stronger, improve performance, find their voice, stay present, and change and shift their lives with more ease and grace.

    I have trained thousands since 2017 using breath, HRV training and biofeedback, mindset, learning about physiology and neurology, aligning with circadian programming, fun, controlled stressors (such as cold), and community to create a space for exploration, growth, performance optimization, and transformation. want to open people’s worlds, so you can play and serve freely.

    Petra Flor is a heart-led chef who cooks with soul, intention, and wild love for nutrient-dense, high-vibe food.

    Rooted in primal eating and ancestral wisdom, her kitchen is a place where energy meets nourishment—organic, seasonal, and always made with care.

    From raw milk to bone broth and beyond, she creates meals that heal, connect, and celebrate life’s delicious rhythm.

  • Assistant Instructor: Anna Curtis

    At age 25, Anna has transformed her life using a deep connection to nature, intuition, and her body-mind connection. Born with a combination of hip dysplasia, chronic pain, and hypermobility, Anna has learned to lean into discomfort, listen to her body, and discover natural pathways to healing and empowerment. 

    It is thanks to these practices that Anna has been able to travel the world surfing & skiing, compete in high-level gymnastics competitions, and work towards her goals with unwavering perseverance.

    Anna believes that what most often stands in our way is our own thoughts. Specializing in yoga, women’s empowerment, and alignment practices, she helps you return to your most natural and authentic frequency through breath, movement, and cold exposure.
