The Wim Hof Method trains your nervous, circulatory, immune, and endocrine systems through exposure to their full range of capabilities, using breathwork, cold, and mental focus.  You gain control over and awareness of your body’s responses to stress, so you can recover and perform better.  And most importantly - it's social, and it's fun!

Bob Soulliere is a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, and has trained directly under Wim Hof, as well as advanced instructors Rob Hartman (StressFreeDC), Kasper van der Meulen (LVL3 Wim Hof Academy Science Teacher), Trisha Smith, and Brandon Powell.  

He has delivered and assisted at Wim Hof Method workshops throughout the DC area as well as other Virginia locations since 2017, including Crossfit gyms, yoga studios, and veterans' groups.  In his training, Bob draws on his roles as husband, father, sibling, community member, and athlete.
